3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that their content has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with information on how to file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed in error.
- Forward a copy of the takedown notice to the user who posted the content.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
